Hasshi Sudler is Chairman and CEO of Internet Think Tank Corporation and a professor at Villanova University's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Sudler has over 30 years of experience in technology management. He has published and presented research on topics spanning internet technology, digital piracy, distance learning, cybersecurity and blockchain. Sudler was awarded best paper by the International Applied Business Research Association for research on distance learning technology in 2003, the MIT Leadership Award from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2013, the Villanova University School of Engineering Professional Achievement Award in 2016, and the Meyer Innovation and Creative Excellence Award in 2021. He is a contributing author of two books: The Handbook of Research on Counterfeiting and Illicit Trade, published in 2017; and BLOCKCHAIN IMPACT!, published in 2021. On June 7, 2023, Hasshi Sudler, testified before the United States Congress House Energy and Commerce Committee on the state of Blockchain Technology. Hasshi Sudler earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Mohamed Abaas earned his Ph.D. in the Sustainable Engineering Department at Villanova University. Abaas’ research focused on investigating the impact of blockchain and AI / Machine Learning on improving the resiliency of microgrids through a cyber-secure energy trading platform. Abaas is a Fulbright alumnus who received his master’s degree in sustainable engineering through a Fulbright scholarship. He was also awarded 2nd place at the 2019 Blockchain Hackathon hosted by Villanova University.
Anitha Kannan is an experienced Adjunct Faculty Instructor with skills in Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Management, Team Building, Environmental Awareness, and Dance Instruction. Kannan served as a Research Technician at Villanova's Sustainable Engineering Program managing Masters and PhD research on Net Zero, Circular Economy, and Sustainable & Resilient Infrastructure and program management for industry based multi disciplinary research and consulting.
Bhavin Gandecha leads Media and Event Management. He has over 18 years of experience leading end-to-end programs and strategic planning. His expertise includes managing large-scale OTT projects, including the deployment of streaming services and user engagement features, Gandecha holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies and Marketing.
Paloma Souza leads Marketing and Design. She has performed marketing and brand management for Elife and Cushman & Wakefield firms. Souza is proficient in Content Marketing, Branding, Advertising, and Graphic Design. She received awards from the Centro Universitário das Américas FAM for marketing and advertising campaign management.
Peter Glasser leads research on blockchain systems. Previously, he designed respiratory medical devices, contact tracing apps, improving algorithms for sensors, and developing blockchain satellites. Glasser graduated from Drexel University in Electrical Engineering and holds a Master's Degree from Villanova University in Cybersecurity.
Sajith is a seasoned IT manager with deep experience of financial services. He has held senior roles at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan including Global Head of Securities Settlement Technology and Asset Servicing Technology; and head of Fixed Income Post Trade Processing. Sajith has worked in the U.S., Singapore, Tokyo, and Bangalore.
Tyler Phipps serves as Lead QA and Researcher. He is instrumental in both ensuring the quality of INTTK's IT and software systems and advancing research in AI. His work focuses on developing agentic AI systems, sentiment analysis, and meta human systems. He graduated from the University of Miami with a BS in Biochemistry and Nutrition.
Mark Messner identifies consulting opportunities for Internet Think Tank where clients can leverage the institute's research expertise. Messner has worked as a Business and Recruiting Manager for over 12 years at Oxford Solutions. He acquired his Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University.
Michael LoParrino supports research studies in radiation induced errors on blockchain networks. As a recent graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and minors in Business and Entrepreneurship, he brings strong capabilities in applying his technical and analytical skills to solving research challenges.
